Man, what a journey!

Ass Kicker is finally here!!!!

From learning to code (even if badly) to learning how to make music, this project has been a love letter to everything I enjoy in life — and it taught me SO MUCH about myself and life in general.

I hope, even if it’s just for one person, that it can inspire someone to try and make their own game.
Seriously, it’s awesome.

Now for the game talk:

Ass Kicker is a one-man project inspired by Mega Man X gameplay, blending a bit of resource management (to spice things up), fourth-wall-breaking humor, and (I hope) good enough gameplay.

Use AK's skills to find a team of heroes who will fight — and maybe even win — against the evil overlord of the hour!!

Of course, you won’t be joining them or taking part in the battle — heroing is a thankless job, after all!
