Of minor victories and Better Music

Hi everyone!

So... I’ve got some great news!

Last week, we racked up around 52 play sessions—19 of them on Friday alone! It was on the GX.games page, but just in case... huge thanks to everyone who played the demo!

You all kicked ass!

Starting today, I’ll be discontinuing the demo on this page since it’s not working properly in the browser. But don’t worry—the download will still be available!

I really wanted to try making the music myself, but let’s be real... this project would never get finished if I had to take music classes too. XD

And finally, some updates! (Kind of a patch notes for the full game)

• We now have a fully functional save/load system! (NO MORE will we suffer under the tyranny of lava pits sending us back to the beginning—NO MORE!!!)
• Better jumps & wall jumps! (They were bugging a lot in the demo, but now they’re way smoother.)
• Improved sound design! (Still a work in progress, but it’s already much better.)
• Level 4 is done!
• Level 5 is about 50% complete!
